Spiced Whole Wheat and Oats Pancake
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes Serves: 4-5
Ingredients:
AASHIRVAAD atta: ½ cup
Oats: ½ cup
Milk: ½ cup
Cinnamon powder: ¼ tsp
Nutmeg powder: A pinch
Cloves powder: ¼ tsp
AASHIRVAAD Salt: A pinch
Powdered sugar: ½ cup
Butter (melted): 1 tbsp
Method:
● Mix all ingredients until it becomes a mixture of flowy consistency.
● Scoop out a portion of the mixture and add to a hot pan. Put some oil.
● Turn the pancake and cook both sides properly.
● Serve hot by drizzling some honey.

Spinach Peanut Tikki
Prep Time: 30 Mins
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
AASHIRVAAD Atta - 1 cup
Chopped Spinach - 1 cup
Crushed Peanuts - 1/3 cup
AASHIRVAAD Salt - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - ¼ tsp
Chopped Green Chillies - 2
Oil - 4 tsp + more for shallow frying
Water - As required
Salt - As required
Directions:
● Put the atta, chopped spinach, crushed peanuts, salt, baking powder, and oil in a
bowl.
● Mix these ingredients thoroughly and add some water to form a firm dough.
● Place a pan on the stove and add some oil in the pan.
● Make small balls from the dough and flatten these slightly on your palm to form tikkis.
● Shallow fry the tikkis on both sides until they turn golden brown.
● Take them out and serve hot with chutney or ketchup.

Bedmi Puri
Prep Time: 45 mins
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
AASHIRVAAD Atta - 2 cups
Soaked Urad Dal - 1 cup
AASHIRVAAD Salt - 1 tsp
Jeera - 2 tsp
Green Chillies - 2
Turmeric Powder- ¼ tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Kasuri Methi - 2 tbsp
Saunf Powder - 1 ½ tsp
Ajwain Seeds - 2 tsp
Oil - ¼ cup + for frying
Water - As needed
Directions:
● Put the soaked urad dal, jeera, green chillies in a mixer jar and grind them into a
coarse paste, adding a little water.
● Take the atta in a bowl, add all the spices, salt, ¼ cup oil and the urad dal paste.
● Adding a little bit of water to make a firm dough. Let the dough rest for about 20 minutes.
● Make small balls from this dough and roll them into pooris.
● Heat the oil in kadai and fry poories.
