Cornflakes Rainbow Smoothie bowl
Ingredients: Curd -200g, Chia seeds (soaked)-5 g, Kellogg's Corn flakes- 20g, Dates (de seeded)- 20g, Juice of fresh beetroot- 5ml, Dragon fruit- 50g, Grapes- 4, Strawberries- 5, Kiwi- 1/2, Almonds- 10, Pumpkin seeds- 5 g, Roasted dessicated coconut- 5 g, Sugar- 5 g
Method:
Step 1: Mix all the ingredients in a blender except chia seeds, corn flakes and some part of each fruit.
Step 2: Add to the bowl add chia seeds, all corn flakes.
Step 3: Decorate beautifully with fruits of your choice and refrigerate for 5 mins.

Mango Custard with Cornflakes Crumble
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup Kellogg's Corn Flakes, 2 cups Milk, 1/3 cup Sugar, 3 tbsp Custard powder mixed with 2 tbsp milk, 2 tbsp: Chopped walnuts (roasted), 3 tbsp Softened butter, ½ tsp Nutmeg powder, ½ tsp Cinnamon powder, Sliced mangoes for topping.
Step 1: Heat the milk in a pan, add the custard powder paste and sugar, mix well and cook on a medium flame till the milk thickens, while stirring continuously (so that no lumps are formed).
Step 2: Remove from the flame, mix well and pour into a bowl and cool and keep aside.
Step 3: When cool, add the mango puree and refrigerate. Combine the cornflakes, walnuts, butter, nutmeg powder and cinnamon powder in a bowl and mix well.

Banana Chikki Cornflakes
Ingredients: 1 Cup Kellogg's Corn Flakes, 1 Banana, sliced, 1 tbsp Peanut chikki, crushed, 1 Cup Cold milk.
Method:
Step 1: Fill a bowl with the cornflakes. Add the milk mix.
Step 2: Top with the bananas and chikki. Serve immediately.
