Summer Granola Parfait
Ingredients: 1 cup Greek yoghurt, 2 tbsp honey, ½ tsp vanilla extract, 1 ¼ cup Kellogg’s Granola Almonds & Cranberries, 1 small ripe mango diced, 1 tbsp sugar, Juice of ¼ lime, 1 tbsp chia seeds, Fresh strawberries, mango & mint leaves for garnish
Step 1: Combine diced mango, lime juice, chia seeds and sugar in a hand chopper to form the mango salsa. Chill this overnight.
Step 2: Next morning, whisk honey & vanilla extract into the Greek yoghurt. Make the parfait by adding layers of mango salsa, Kellogg’s Granola and honey yoghurt in a serving glass.
Step 3: Add some Kellogg’s Granola with almonds & cranberries on top and garnish with fresh cut mango, strawberries and sprigs of mint.

Chocolate Granola Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients: 150g Kellogg’s Granola Chocolate & Almonds, 15g dried cranberries, 1 tbsp honey, 100g Greek yoghurt, ½ Banana, 5g cocoa powder, 25g Dark Chocolate, Fresh red currants, Mint leaves for garnish
Step1: Blend together half a frozen banana, dark chocolate, cocoa powder and Greek yoghurt until completely smooth. Add honey for sweetness. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and leave it to chill for a couple of hours.
Step 2: Add a generous amount of Kellogg’s Granola Chocolate & Almonds on top of the smoothie. Sift some cocoa powder over the bowl.
Step 3: Garnish the smoothie bowl with fresh red currants, chocolate chips, and mint leaves.

Granola Breakfast Bowl
aIngredients: Kellogg’s Granola Almonds & Cranberries, 2 Tbsp Greek Yoghurt, 1 Apple, 1 Peach, Fresh Blueberries, 1 Tsp Honey
Method:
Step 1: Add Greek Yoghurt to a bowl and toss Kellogg’s Granola on top of it.
Step 2: Add some thinly sliced fresh apple & peach to the bowl.
