Healthy & Happy Cows
Nutriorg Cow ghee is made from Desi Gir Cows which are allowed to graze freely in the open fields of Dwarka Gaushala, Gujarat. We don’t believe in keeping our cows bounded by ropes, they are left to graze freely with first milking preference. Our cows are ‘Healthy & Content Cows’ as they are not bound in cells unlike commercial diaries. When our cows are fit and well fed, they eat in plenty and hence they give more nutrient rich A2 milk.

Hand Milked
At the Dwarka gaushala Desi Gir Cows are milked with intensive care using all the vedic & Traditional methods such as hand milking mentioned for milking for the purest form of ghee. The milking process is a very crucial part of the ghee making process as the nutrients needs to be kept intact. Hence our A2 milk is highly nutritious

30kgs A2 Milk = 1 kg Ghee
30 Kgs of this A2 milk is then boiled in high heat in earthen pots to make it more hygienic and get rid of all the bad bacteria according to the principles of ghee making in ancient Ayurveda.

Made from Curd
- We then convert this milk into curd after cooling it down in earthen pots. We use earthen utensils so that all the nutritional properties of the Gir Cow A2 milk are preserved in the curd that makes our ghee unique and pure.

Hand Churned ( Bilona)
- The curd is then carefully hand churned thoroughly with a wooden bilona in the traditional 3000 year old method and the best Makhan (Butter) is obtained from it. Our bilona process is completely manual and no automation is used to churn the curd with the ideal right to left motion.

Slow Natural Vedic Process
- The rich butter is then which has been drawn from 30 kgs of A2 milk is then heated at the specific temperature in a wood furnace to lock in the original taste and flavor of Desi ghee.
- After such toil only 1000 ml of a jar of rich golden ghee is finally obtained from 30 kgs of Gir Cow’s A2 milk
