The Baker's Dozen

Our Story
We started The Baker’s Dozen in 2013 with our love for sourdough, a culture of what makes a bread sing. Backed by the skills honed at French Culinary Institute, New York, Le Cordon Bleu, Paris and IIM Ahmedabad, we started this company with 4 bakers and a small kitchen in Mumbai. On our first commercial day of production, we handcrafted 25 loaves. Now, 8 years later, we hand shape about 10,000 loaves of bread a day in our 30,000 sq feet factory and share all the love with 8+ cities across India. For us, the only way to serve the customer is ‘the secret ingredient is always love’.

Our Fourgrain Sourdough is made from whole wheat flour and further embellished with 4 different types of seeds - pumpkin, sesame, flax and sunflower!
