Atta Kheer

Prep Time: 30 mins
Serves: 4

Ingredients:
AASHIRVAAD Atta - ½ cup
Almonds - ¼ cup
AASHIRVAAD Ghee - ¼ cup
Milk - 1 litre
Sugar - ¼ cup
Cardamom Pod Crushed - 2
Saffron - Few strands
Nuts & Raisins - Optional

Method:
Place a kadai on heat and add ghee and atta.
Roast the atta until it starts turning aromatic and golden brown.
Roughly chop the almonds, add them to the atta and roast the mixture for few more
minutes.
Add milk, sugar, cardamom powder and saffron.
Whisk the mixture for 5 minutes and switch off the heat.
Serve it warm with more roasted nuts and raisins on top (optional).

Crispy Masala Puri

Prep Time: 15 mins
Serves: 2

Ingredients:
1 cup Aashirvaad atta (gehun ka atta)
1/4 tsp Aashirvaad Turmeric Powder (haldi)
1 1/2 tsp Aashirvaad Chilli Powder
1 tbsp melted ghee
a pinch of carom seeds (ajwain)
Aashirvaad Salt to taste
oil for deep-frying

Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a stiff dough using enough water. Cover with a lid and keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
Roll each portion into a circle of about 75 mm. (3") diameter and prick them using a knife at regular intervals.
Heat the oil in a deep non-stick kadhai and deep-fry, a few puris at a time, on a medium flame till they turn crisp and golden brown in color from all the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper and store


Aloo Cheese Patties

Serves: 10

Ingredients:
Mashed Potato - 400g
Grated Carrot - 100g
AASHIRVAAD Atta - ⅓ cup
Grated Cheese - ⅓ cup
Chopped Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp
Chopped Curry Leaves - 2 tbsp
AASHIRVAAD Salt - ¾ tsp
Black Pepper - ½ tsp
Garam Masala - 1 ½ tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Breadcrumbs - ½ cup
Oil - For frying

Method:
In a bowl, take the mashed potatoes and grated carrots.
To this, add chopped coriander, curry leaves, spices, salt, ginger garlic paste,
cheese and atta.
Mix until everything is well combined and Flatten with your palm and toss them in breadcrumbs.
Heat a frying pan and pour in the oil, add the patties and shallow fry them on both sides.
