1 Cup Aashirvaad Multi Millet Flour
½ Cup Cucumber Grated
1 Tsp Green Chillies Finely Chopped
2 Tbsp Fresh Curd
¼ Cup Onions Finely Chopped
A Pinch Of Aashirvaad Turmeric Powder
2 Tbsp Coriander Finely Chopped
Oil For Greasing And Cooking

Multi Millet Stuffed Chilla

Makes: 5
Ingredients:
For Chillas-
¾ Cups Aashirvaad Multi Millet Flour
2 Tbsp Besan
1 Tbsp Rice Flour
A Pinch Of Asafoetida (Hing)
Aashirvaad Salt To Taste
¾ Cup Water
For Stuffing:
1 Tbsp Butter
½ Tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Green Chilli, Chopped
½ Cup Chopped Tomatoes
1 Cup Paneer Cubes
½ Cup Green Peas, Boiled
1 Tsp Chaat Masala
2 Tbsp Chopped Coriander
Aashirvaad Salt To Taste
Method
For The Stuffing
1. Heat the butter in a pan, add green chilies and cumin seeds.
2. When the cumin seeds crackle add the tomatoes and cook for 2-3 mins.
3. Add the paneer, green peas, chaat masala, and Aashirvaad salt and cook for 2-3 more mins. Divide into 6 equal portions, keep aside.

Multi Millet Ladoo
Preparation Time: 5 Mins
Cooking Time: 10 Mins

Ingredients
2 Cups Aashirvaad Multi Millet Flour
1 Cup Rice Flour
1 cup Besan
5 Tbsp Aashirvaad Ghee
2 Cup Chopped Jaggery
2 Tsp Cardamom Powder
12 almonds
Method
1. Heat the ghee in a broad non-stick pan, add the Aashirvaad multi millet flour, rice flour and besan and cook on a slow flame for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring continuously.
2. Remove from the flame and allow it to cool for 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Add the jaggery and mix well.
4. Add the cardamom powder and mix well. Keep aside.
5. Divide into 12 equal portions and roll each portion into Laddoo. Garnish with an almond.
6. Serve or store in an airtight container.
