Ingredients:
1 Cup Aashirvaad Ragi Flour
Buttermilk (½ Cup Curd & 1 ½ Cup Water)
1 Cup Soaked Yellow Moong Dal
½ Cup Rice Flour
2 Tbsp Coriander, Finely Chopped
Aashirvaad Salt To Taste
For The Tempering:
2 Tsp Oil
½ Tsp Mustard Seeds
A Pinch Of Asafoetida (Hing)
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
3-4 Curry Leaves
Other Ingredients:
3 Tbsp Oil For Cooking
Method:
1. To make buttermilk mix ½ curd and 1 ½ water in a bowl, whisk and keep aside.
2. Grind moong dal and make a fine paste.
3. Take a bowl and add all the ingredients along with buttermilk and enough water to make a batter of pouring consistency.
