Semiya Payasam Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Cup Aashirvaad Roasted Vermicelli, 1 Tbsp Aashirvaad Svasti Pure Cow Ghee, 4 Tbsp Sugar, 3 Cups Milk, 1/8 Cup Cashews, 1/8 Cup Almonds, 1/8 Cup Chopped Pistachios, 1/8 Cup Chopped Raisins, 2 Cardamom Pods, Saffron
How to Make Semiya Payasam:
Heat 1 tbsp of ghee and roast 1/8 cup each of chopped cashew nuts, chopped almonds, chopped pistachios, and chopped raisins and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Next, add 3 cups of milk and bring it to a boil.
Add 4 tbsps of sugar (or as per taste), 2 cardamom pods, and a few strands of saffron and stir for 5 - 6 minutes.
Add 1 cup of roasted vermicelli. Let the mixture boil until the vermicelli is soft and cooked.
Switch off the flame. Garnish with nuts.

Sweet Semiya Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Cup Aashirvaad Roasted Vermicelli, 1 Tbsp Aashirvaad Svasti Pure Cow Ghee, ¾ Cup Sugar, 1/8 Cup Chopped Cashews, 1/8 Cup Chopped Almonds, 1/8 Cup Chopped Pistachios , 1/8 Cup Chopped Raisins, Cardamom Powder
How to Make Sweet Semiya:
Heat 1 tbsp of ghee and roast 1/8 cup each of chopped cashew nuts, chopped almonds, chopped pistachios, and chopped raisins and sauté for 2-3 minutes and keep aside.
In a different pan, bring 2 cups of water to boil. Add ¾ cup of sugar and keep stirring until the sugar dissolves.
Add 1 cup of roasted vermicelli to the sugar syrup and cook in a medium flame for 5 minutes.
Add a pinch of cardamom powder and cook for another 5-10 minutes. Garnish with nuts.

Vermicelli Upma Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Cup Aashirvaad Vermicelli, 1 Tbsp Aashirvaad Svasti Pure Cow Ghee, 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds, 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds, 1 Tsp Urad Dal, 1 Onion, ½ Tbsp Green Chillies, 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 8-10 Curry Leaves, 1 Dry Red Chilli, ½ Cup Finely Chopped Vegetables (Carrots, Beans, Beetroot, Capsicum, Peas), ½ Tsp Turmeric, 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder, Salt, Asafoetida (Hing), Coriander Leaves, Lemon Juice
How to Make Vermicelli Upma:
Add in 1 Tbsp ghee and 1 tsp cumin seeds, a pinch of hing, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp urad dal, 8-10 curry leaves, and 1 dry red chilli. Sauté.
Add 1 chopped onion, ½ tbsp chopped green chilies, and 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste and sauté.
