As a hobby, I would analyse many of the online websites and I came across bigbasket.com, Bangalore's only online grocery website. First of all, a website for groceries is a next step of innovation in the field of e-commerce for which you guys need a Hi5!

I'd placed an order initially for a few things like mangoes, popcorn, cookies and the likes. The cost of the mangoes at bigbasket was a point of attraction as the same were around 20 bucks more in the market. Two days after placing my order, I'd queried asking if I could add more products to avoid the shipping charges. Immediately, I'd received a call from an executive asking me which product I would like to include which was done as per my request.

I was bothered about the quality of the products, mangoes especially, as it’s a gamble to order by just looking at the image. But the quality including that of the mangoes, was very good and the taste up to the mark.
