Trip to Manali Terms & conditions
- The terms and conditions below are subject to change at any point of time at the sole discretion of the P&G and communication for the same will be shared with you in the similar manner.
- The trip to Manali will be a 3 night, 4 day trip with possible lay over (1 night stay both to and from Manali) in Chandigarh or Delhi to break the journey.
- Once the winners have been identified by bigbasket (for the lucky draw) and by a P&G qualified agency through the social media challenge, the list of the winners will be shared with a P&G qualified Agency.
- Only the P&G qualified agency will be directly responsible for any arrangements and operations related for the trip to Manali and will coordinate with the travelers independent of P&G.
- Contest will be running for 30 days duration from 28th Dec, 2018 to 29th Jan, 2019. Results of this plan would be announced by 15th Feb, 2019. Trip to be arranged during Mar/Apr period.
- bigbasket will select 4 winners and there will be only one traveler per winner. This trip is nontransferable in nature and cannot be exchanged for cash or other valued items.
- All air/road/train travel as well as accommodation expenses from the winner’s home location to Manali and back will be paid by P&G. All arrangement for travel will be made by the agency.
- P&G will cover expenses of travel to and from Manali, travel within Manali, accommodation, food (3 meals a day) and any activities planned in the itinerary. Any expenses above and beyond these are to be borne by the participants (ex.: shopping, activities not planned in the itinerary).
- The itinerary will be shared in advance and agreed upon with the participants. Travel agency will endeavor to plan activities basis the majority preference subject to cost feasibility.
- Accommodation would be booked in a 3-4 star hotel by Travel agency.
- The trip is not redeemable against cash.
- All customers, by participating in the program expressly waive all rights and the right of any of his/ her heirs, legal representatives and assigns to sue or otherwise collect damages of any kind from P&G, its Directors, officers, personnel or other employees, resulting from any cause whatsoever including but not limited to illness, paralysis, death, damages, economical or emotional loss, that he/ she may suffer as a direct result of trip, including traveling to and from an event related to this trip.
- The winner(s) agree to indemnify and hold harmless P&G against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by itself or anyone on his/ her behalf, including attorney's fees and any related costs, if litigation arises pursuant to any claims made.

Selection of Winner
- Customer has to purchase Whisper products worth INR 100 or more during the contest duration
- Post the contest duration bigbasket will select 4 customers from lucky draw activity who fulfil above criteria of purchase
- The lucky winners will be contacted through mail, call, message for communication of winners
- MakeMyTrip will get in touch with winners for dates of travel and itinerary plan.
